SALES AND RETURNS POLICY

If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free exchanges or returns within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return or exchange your product and obtain another product from our store for free in the event that the purchase arrives in poor condition as long as it is not due to external causes such as those that occurred during transport and/or the treatment given to it. once the product is delivered. If the customer still wishes to return or change their products, the costs will be borne by them. Only in the case of return due to a failure in the treatment of the product at the hands of the Gourmet & Olé team, will a voucher be issued with no expiration date to be redeemed at any time. In no case will the amount be refunded.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are considered non-return sales and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Returned items must have tags attached and must be returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the right to return is lost.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate an exchange or return, complete the following steps:

  1. Send an email to tienda@gourmetyole.com or call 622049804 from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. buys.
  2. Tell us the products you want to return or change from your order.
  3. Print your shipping label that we will send you by email.
  4. Ship all items to us using the label provided.
  5. The return will be effective once we have returned the products and the pertinent checks are made.
  6. We will contact you to confirm the new shipment of the products that are going to be replaced and thus confirm data.
  7. The cost of the new shipment will be borne by GOURMET & OLÉ SL if it is shown that the product has been returned due to faults in our equipment. If not, the customer must bear the shipping costs of the second order.
  8. GOURMET & OLÉ SL is not responsible for the damage caused by the Transport Agency or for the improper use of the products once they are in the hands of the client. In case of loss of the order by the Transport Agency, GOURMET & OLÉ SL will replace the order to send it back to the customer as soon as possible.
